My character “Hypatie” from the former server 6423 was supposed to be transferred to 1009, but it’s not there. It’s prompting me to create a new one, which I obviously haven’t done. It would have been helpful to have a page displaying the transfer status. The same thing is happening from 6000 to 1062.
Some peoples characters seem to have just been lost. Mine was fine but my clan mates is missing. Did everything they told us to do. Loaded up materials on thralls, left the clan then bought said thralls from the clan and logged out waiting for merge. Now character, thralls and materials are all in limbo and we have not heard anything. This is a big deal. I understand that working on the crazy pings to make the servers playable is their main concern but if peoples characters and stuff is missing completely we at least deserve to know what they are doing to try and fix it
I think they still have the same major problem (but it’s widespread in today’s world): a lack of communication. Since everything is logged on the servers, I suppose we just have to be patient.
