Are theBlack Knight Armour Set Attributes Correct?

Black Knight Armour Set crafted by Tier4 Armourer Scout:
840 total armor

  • Hood +3 VIT
  • Chest +3 STR
  • Gloves +3VIT
  • Pants +3 STR
  • Boots +2 VIT

Isn’t it supposed to give a total of +15 to attributes, considering that other endgame armour sets do? Something like 7STR and 8VIT?
