Are there plans for stopping decay umbilicals on PvE servers?

Hi!

I was wondering if Funcom has any plans for preventing decay umbilicals and foundation spamming on PvE servers?

I need to ask, because there is this guy called Raghnaid who pretty much covered half of the entire map in his decay umbilicals and hasn’t showed signs of stopping.

If there are no plans to combat this, then I’m afraid i’ll need to adopt his strategy and lay down decay umbilicals of my own, otherwise there will be no where else to expand.

Could just make it that you have to repair your structures over time instead of logging in and refreshing the timer.
