Before my stats were reset, my character could handle the very cold with no issues, because of the Feat i chose, I forget which one.
But now, i dont see any Feats that deal with helping with temperature.
Am i missing it?
Also, i was trying to make something to help with the cold, but my advanced stove didnt want to make purified water.
They were in the crafting que, but they just sat there, not being made.
Is this a bug or i being dumb,again! Lol

The stove is one of the few benches that requires you to hit the craft button and the play button. 
As far as temperature, we will have to rely on gear and food now for the buffs we need. 
You need fuel silly.

I cant get to my body.
I made highland Wine, but i still died from the cold .
It shows my body on the bridge of the betrayer, but i dont see it, and i cant look around because i die in 20 seconds .
This sucks.
I dont know what to do .

Personally I find myself getting drunk off Firewater a lot just to stay warm lol.
I made spiced steak and spiced haunch.
I hope it works, i have a lot of sorcery stuff on my bidy.
To go back to your original question, nope, no way to mitigate temperature difficulty built in to the character.
Equipment (which aught display it’s actual temperature protection in the craft and feat menu, rather than a single bar for everything) and consumables are the only options.
Mistmourn, Solspiel, and Eye of the Watcher all became much more important.
How about to deal with cripple because oh boy that harpy spear be hurting
Don’t feel bad about the Fuel thing done it plenty of times one reason you hit start and it works with out Fuel on ps4. Seen mention of other players not finding their bodies staying off official until they repair things or being careful with cheap gear

Have my base in ice cave and its rly painful now. Had to place ovens all over the place and im still cold.
Really missing the temperature resistance perk.
Probably gonna make me champion armor, hopefully that solves that problem.
And a small tip, you can drink aloe potions when u get hit through temperature effects.
Just spam the cheapest ones when u cross frost bridge
