There are two problems with the reptile hide armor and another problem with the silent legion armor.
First: The Silent legion armor is cooling my character down (as an armor with fur 'n hide you find in the north) and the reptile hide armor is warming him up, which doesn’t make any sense, although all of the npc’s in the volcanic area wear the reptile hide armor.
Second: the amor stats of the epic reptile hide armor are mixed up, have a look at it. gloves give about 80 armor while the chestplate just gives some around 20.
