I have a couple of doubts. I went to the center of the map with 200 fragments but, for example, the eldario chests did not get them. Are they unlocked elsewhere?
On the other hand, I made all the dungeons and unlocked the new weapons and armor. But they are only parts, a helmet and gloves, or a bib and helmet. Are there not these full armor?
indeed the eldarium chest are learned through anohter way ! but the decorations are bugged at the moment !!! 
and indeed these armors are only parts ( and if you did all the vaults you will see there is no “pants” from any vaults , it is up to you (or the videos you’ll watch) , to make your combination of pieces
