One question, if I put an archer in a Stygian armor, will he improve his aim?.

As far as I’m aware thralls do not get the armour attribute benefits. So accuracy on their armour will not make them better archers.

Indeed. Slaves benefit only from armor value, which means that in most cases, putting them in the heaviest armor you can find makes sense. Given their tendency to stand around and get hit a lot, it’s almost a necessity to effectively utilize them.
