Start crafting arrows.
Keep the bench crafting onto the same stack by shift pulling arrows down.
Watch the damage stack up.

Imagine being hit with that arrow. 
Is there a red mist animation with no body parts remaining afterwards?
Do explosive arrow damage goes up the same way?
