Welcome to the forums, @conanexiles1ardently.

Your problem is not really clear to me, are you not able to play the game at all or just unable to access a specific server?

When trying to start the game/access the server, are any error messages shown?

Unfortunately that’s not something any of us on the forums can help you with, you’ll have to open a ticket over at [Zendesk ← Click me!](https://funcom.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new)

Under ‘Request Type’, select _ **Ban Appeal** _ as the type of issue and providing information such as your character name, server and clan (if applicable).
