Attribute bonuses from potions,scrolls disappear after relog

Type of issue: BUG
Server type: ANY
Region: ANY

Temporary attribute points from potions and scrolls are removed if you relog

So:

Pop some attribute potion, pop a attribute scroll from the dungeon bosses
2.Log out
3.Log in
4.Additional attributes gone.
