Audio Issues when toggling out of game to a second monitor then back to game

Bug Description:

The game doesn’t appear to respec system audio levels and resets them whenever you toggle out of the app to something else and then back.

Installed Mods:

LitMan Level One Fifty Six
LitMan Loot Legendary Chests
Hosav’s Custom UI Mod 2.3.7

Steps to Reproduce:

Note: I’m using Windows 11, two monitors, CE in Fullscreen 2560x1440. Audio is initially at 100.

  1. Exit game
  2. Set system master volume to about 32
  3. Start up the game
  4. Volume immediately changes to max volume (ouch when wearing headphones)
  5. Adjust system volume back down to 32
  6. Select something on the second monitor
  7. Click back into CE
    8 Volume shoots up to 100 again (ouch :cry: )
  8. Adjust in game volume to 32
  9. Select something on second monitor and back to CE again
  10. Volume appears to be louder than the 32 you set in game

Something seems a little messed up with in game/system volume levels when switching between monitors.
