Audio loading(?) stutter

Hello,

So I’ve got a little problem, it’s that immediately before certain audio clips (predominantly dialogue), there’s a little framerate stutter.

There really isn’t more to say about this, I think.

Specs (laptop) -
1060 6GB
i7 7700HQ
8GB DDR4 RAM
20GB Page file
Windows 10
