The Solution Is Keep Trying To Join Your Server Eventually You Will be Able To Get In The Server The Dev Said That They Are Monitoring The Situation Meaning They Have To Watch A Screen Full Of Coding To See If Something Is Standing Out And They Said They Would Update All Of Us On The Matter In Which I Completely Understand Everyone’s Frustration But The Devs Are Working On It Still This Takes Time You Have To Understand There Must Be A Ton Of Coding In The Game Itself So With That In Mind It Could Take A Couple Of Days Hopefully This Helps.
The Developer Repsonded in another post Keep in mind there is many posts with the title of “Authentication Failed Error” So Maybe Check It Out Yourself

Yeah, it’s honestly such a good game that it’s a shame it has this level of bugs that lock people out. This literally happened like 2 weeks ago.
Yeah I tried that and I still get the error 
Have not been able to log into official servers for days now. Still getting the authentication error when trying. I may be slightly ignorant here, but the server is showing people on it. How is this possible if some of us are getting this error?

Still having the problem here. 48 hours on. The stupidity of it, I can connect no problem, but my wife, on the same LAN, and internet connection, can’t connect to a no-mod server. This authentication protocol is so stupid, please remove it!
This issue has not resolved as playfab indicated in their update. Still receiving error at time of this post.
The playfab part of it has been fixed hours and hours ago its just Funcom now that has the issue. Guess no one at Funcom can figure out how to fix their game now. Or maybe as its Sunday and nothing ever gets fixed on the weekend , maybe next week but dont bet on a fix from Funcom on the weekend, they are known for the issues not getting fixed on the weekends. On the weekends or holidays are really most times we are on our own to find a work around.

god, i was on an official pve-c server and i just got dc. I had tried like 50 times before i could get in and i simply don’t wanna go through all that trouble again. To make matters worse, i was out farming some stuff and pvp time will start soon.
