Apparently happened around the same time last year.
Authentication certificate has expired, they need to renew.

This is a joke honestly at this point. People do pay subs here and do not get any sort of support. The ticket system is broken as the submit ticket button does not work. They have no forum presence at all. I know I just emailed their offices directly because its a damn joke they have zero active staff members watching their games that they charge money for.
I know people here just want to play but please take the time to actually file a complaint against them with the ftc otherwise this is going to happen time and time again without any sort of change. If you are paying a subscription fee you have a right to not wait days to have them flip the switch or fix their authentication issues. The only way to force them to start monitoring their games is complaining to people that actually matter for their business.

this is a good reason why we need community servers so were in control since ■■■■■■■ sucks. Can someone help make private servers and reverse engineer this for us. Please by Crom.
They have tornados and massive power outages in New Jersey (where the servers are), so look no further.

It’s not hard to look up the entire power outage map, and according to their power company, they have power in all of downtown Newark. Regardless, they could take 5 mins of their time to let people know if that was the case. This is way too much goodwill to a company that takes money daily from customers and cannot provide even working support links or basic communication, which requires zero effort.
