Hello i see some reports in steam review of some players saying they have been ban without any warning only based on their location and country of origin, and i have also in my steam friends a player from cuba that say he has been ban because of its country location, and when i say ban, it’s individual that have paid the game and that are now forbidden to play on any server private or offi, or solo mode, but they bought the game. the message they received when asking what happens seem to be ""Greetings Exile,

Is this true that bans are now issued only based on players country location ??? is their was any annoucement to the community explaining this and who has took this decision and why ?
