Hello! See attached screenshot. I submitted a request to get my account ban reversed. They emailed back months later to confirm. It’s now been 5 server resets, and account is still banned. All contact forms and support features on the help website have been removed. Can anyone assist on these forums?
Unfortunately unlikely to recieve support here, you’ll have to reply to the original ticket or make a new one on Helpshift.

It took a dozen emails back and forth, but we sorted it out. My previous complaints about official 3563 being gportal reset lost all of my original data, so they could not remove the ban because the character data was erased.
I’m still trying to figure out how to get a server roll back on 3563 - it is the ONLY official server that has an “age” less than 2000+ days. Hackers knocked down the server for 6 days and when it came back up, everything was gone. Bodyvaults. All characters. Completely fresh wipe day 1.

Yeah you’re very lucky. Most of the time you get some copy and paste automated slop.
yeah it’s true , but if you reply to these automated messages saying that you still need attention of funcom on this matter , then it will happen 100% of the time ! But they won’t if you don’t push a little for it !
