Me! I made a booboo; you probably recall. First suspension back in late summer 2021.

I want to bring it up because it is important for all us to have a sense of personal responsibility.

This was blocking a POI and pathway (although pathway is not explicitly stated).

I take full responsibility for adding 2 people to my clan who had a pre-existing build with these 2 infractions. It wasn’t something I did myself and was a conversation that was ongoing. Clan and I liked the new people but we were trying to get them to move it or fix the problem. But again, my responsibility.

So I actually knew why it could happen prior to the action.

But what happened after is what opened my eyes, kept me cognizant of my responsibilities as an Official player and appreciative of the process (then).

2 huge and important things: a brief detailed explanation was given upon inquiry and it wasn’t the result of a report against my clan.

The report was done by a few in our clan because of an undermesh from a hacker. Ok fine, deserves a report itself. The kicker was that it was preventing expansion of the problem build.

So when it was investigated, which took less than week for a response, we were actioned on. Only the problem build was affected and a discretionary 3 day suspension for the entire clan was given. Explained that it was discovered during the investigation for the undermesh (which they couldn’t find :frowning: ).

The 2 offenses were explained clearly.

So yes, we need to come to accept that sometimes, some of us, are responsible for our choices.

A warning though could help to alleviate so many pain points in the process - too many have had the rug yanked from under and left dazed by the fall.
