Quick question on the new Banner of the Dragon. I have already claimed the Wall torch of the watcher (1 hour) and Gloves of the watcher (2 hours). So why don’t I have access to the Banner of the Dragon (30 minutes)?

It might take awhile for the drops to enable. For me I got the first 2 as soon as I claimed them. The gloves took an extra hour to drop after I claimed it.
