Banning feature/ thrall spawn glitched

We have a problem on our dedicated server. We are unable to ban anyone. Gportal says it’s waiting on a patch? Any word on when this is?

Next issue, the spawns on the galleon and relic hunter city both have NPC thralls and they can get gliched where they spawn like crazy!! Sometimes they will spawn inside each other and there could be 10-20 NPC characters inside each other. Need these things fixed asap!! It’s killing our community!!

I attacked a level 3 dancer in Sepermeru bar only to have her split into over 20 dancers and beat the crap out of me, was pretty funny.
