Barrow King can't hit dwarfs 9/10 times

My character was created as short as possible. Not sure if this is the cause, but it seems like the Barrow King can only hit me about 1 out of 10 attacks if I’m standing next to him (his quick attack). The rest sailed over my head.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Create a character with minimum height.
  2. Collect a few demon blood to access the door.
  3. Go to the Barrow King’s cave.
  4. Run up next to the Barrow King and observe that most of his attacks miss.
