On official pve server 2726 has two places that seem to have been built on a resource spawn which seems to cause the base/item decay timer to consistently get refreshed, both areas are right by one another at the black galeon ship, two furnaces and two chest belonging to one clan that no longer play here refreshes endlessly, and two elevators leading up to a bridge that hangs over the waterfall there, same problem with decay timer, will screenshot locations and post here, my apologies in advance if this post is not in the correct place, I’m no forum pro.
