Base wipe on official server

Why did my primary and secondary bases on official server 2509 PvE-C get admin wiped last night?
"Sandstone foundation owned by Thalis Ra was demolished by Admin [1286]. There were 4 messages deleteing each of my builds.
I lost my main base, all of my crafting thralls (mostly named), 1000’s of materials and all my equipment… everything. The foundations were deleted and then eveything else lost stability 3 hours later and was destroyed.
My small secondary base was also deleted that was a distance away with all those thralls and resources as well.
My neighbours are all still intact…
I was just converting to t3 foundations and walls and they are not mentioned in the destruction, but they are gone to.
I play daily so this was not due to timer expiry. I have been playing for a few months now on a different server.
There are not notifications or messages with explanation from admin…
I was not blocking any routes… what is the reason?

You probably got a ToS enforcement. You won’t get answers here and the zendesk ticket link above is the method to get details/object.

Quick question… i submitted a ticket to zendesk for to appeal and now i am denied access to official servers… “ACCESS DENIED - Failed to retrieve suspension information”. Is this a permanent ban? I am not getting responses from zendesk and I have other servers i play on… trying to figure out where i stand

So it’s a little complicated. It should be a week on your first ban maybe 2. Second ban is permanent however I have two friends who have been banned for 2 months now on their first offense. They sent tickets and got a email saying there’s been a high number of tickets and they hope the problem improved on its own.

I was not banned until i sumbitted a request to zendesk… this is how it operates? I was playing on another server last night…

It usually goes through on the following server reset I doubt it had anything to do with sending a ticket in. It operates terribly

Bans can end up taking effect once the server resets So while players can log in and see the base has been wiped most wont find out about the ban until the next day when they log in again.
