Battle banner not working

Bug Description:

The battle banner does not work intermittently.
Always accept is enabled in Settings.

Additionally:
In the morning everything was fine, in the afternoon the workbenches were empty, as if my talents were not open at all. Filters are not included.

In PVE-C , there are " pvp hours " in witch the banner is not active … because it’s already pvp time ! :speak_no_evil: :hear_no_evil: :see_no_evil:
