It seems to be an issue whenever Battlepass/Challenges are ‘unavailable’ which I assume means issues on Funcom’s side, since it’s pervasive throughout servers and plenty of folk have the issue at the same time. I guess they ‘verify ownership’ of shop and BP items constantly so if theyre having issues… you ‘dont have ownership/permission’ of the item.
