BattleEye repeatedly kicks me out on query timeout

I hope the 1 person you have working on this (if that?) enjoyed their weekend :), perhaps spent time with family, a bbq perhaps?

Played many hours on PvE server 1047 with no disconnects and everyone on the server says the issue has no longer been happening. Though one person says they still have it on some other official Siptah server.

Are you guys still having disconnects?

After going the whole weekend without a single BattlEye kick, I have managed to get myself BattlEye kicked this afternoon.

I had hopes that this was fixed. But clearly - it is not. :cry: :rage:

Have not had a battleeye kick in 5 or so days. Though two of those days I was pushing my personal wheel of pain and didn’t play. That’s after allowing all tcp and udp traffic for CE and the battleeye services via Windows Defender.

Before that I was getting kicked quite often though found that if I stuck with it the kicks would eventually stop for whatever reason until I camped out. Upon logging back in I’d have to repeat the whole process.

Keeping an eye on the player list the last couple of days, since people are listed in the order they logged on, I’m not seeing anyone getting kicked nor hearing any complaints about it. Seems there’s far less kicks at the least.

Didn’t had a battleye kick last 2 days, last one happened in weekend and was very random after like 1h of gameplay. Before that it was horrible the past week happened every few minutes.
Let’s see how is behaving this week…

Just happened in the last hour 4 times… this is really confusing what cause it !

This problem has been solved for most people. I see that the numbers have returned to previous levels due to server population and broadcasts on Twitch. I hope no one turned off the firewall. The problem was solved by simply deleting and reinstalling Battleeye.

Trojan horses can be placed inside games :frowning: I can personally say that I never turn off the firewall, suspend it or even add exceptions. Losing an account to play games is a very bad idea. Is it possible to cast trojans in this game? I don’t know.

Never compromise on your security. Look for other solutions. There is always more than one solution. enjoyable adventures.

Creio que não haja mais nada a fazer, essa minoria que estão reclamando sobre esse problema devem estar usando algum VPN para atrapalhar outros servidores. :discopug: Conan Exiles deveria ser exclusivo apenas para a região. Seria uma boa inclusão nas regras e dar BAN para quem usar VPN :discopug: tem muito brasileiro meme que fica jogando com LAG em servidores americânos servers :us: e fazendo live com certeza jogam com ping absurdo de alto além de atrapalhar outros jogadores que são mortos por um jogador com LAG pois tem BR que está usando VPN cheio de LAG

NO. I do not play using a VPN. It is not the MINORITY of players who are complaining. If you would like to assert the measurement of who is having the problem and who is not, then I will happily review your official metrics on the matter. Please provide your source(s). Also worth noting - not everyone that has this problem bothers to log in to the forums to complain about it. I would assert that many are suffering in silence. Or more likely, just choosing another game that is not being crippled with bugs and poor/zero operational support.

Today I had a response from battleye regarding this issue I emailed them on the 03 August, I thought their response is worth sharing on here regarding the issue.

Unfortunately some software seems to interfere with BE on your system. Please be sure to follow the solutions mentioned in our FAQ (including adding exceptions to your anti-virus, etc.).

This could also be related to your internet/network connection, which seems to have problems with the game’s traffic. The BE kick is only the result of these issues.

Please try to update your network drivers, check your modem/router or contact your ISP for help.

If nothing helps I’m afraid I can only suggest a Windows repair install since it’s almost impossible to find out what it is causing this. You can find information on how to perform a repair install for your particular system by searching on Google (for example, see How to Fix Windows with a Repair Install | Tom's Hardware).

this is a garbage response, its not true and just gets people running around doing busy work.

problem is with BE, they obv dont know whats causing it and passed the buck.

this post BattlEye timeout issue that was pinned when most people were complaining about it was just silently unpinned with no follow up about the status of the problem. was it resolved? do they understand what happened? did they simply wait for dns propagation to fix it for them? who knows?

i logged on to test it today but fell through the mesh of my base and logged off haha.

Got the same answer two weeks after I sent them a ticket.

They just don’t care, BattlEye is just a useless spyware.

Only option was to disable BattlShit… Sorry, BattlEye on the server to be able to play.
