On one hand, there are those gnashing their teeth against FOMO and hate the concept of time limited cosmetics.
To placate (read: make money from) that customer group, they need to rerelease content.
However, there are those who will gnash teeth that they want to keep their “exclusive” content.
To placate (read: continue to make money from) that customer group, they cannot release exactly the same content.

Early on, we had two versions of the Arcane Curio Cabinet.
