Can someone point me to an existing thread regarding incorrect Bazaar purchases please?
I recently bought something and the item hasn’t shown up under the construction hammer and an incorrect version is now on my artisan bench…WTF

Just to note, this isn’t unique, it took literal.months for them to put the aquilonian latrine into the game after it had been in the bazaar rotation twice.
This one does have to note that Funcom has now refunded the purchase.
If you also are having issues, send in a ticket, it was resolved and they acknowledged that there is an issue surprisingly promptly.
Well they had best fix my issue as I got like 5 screenshots of purchases for coins to get stuff and they kept saying I was banned from purchases when I never was in the negatives.
That may be a result of purchasing Conan Crypto while it is on sale. This issue comes up frequently with sales of Crom Coins, the software they use to track fraud is either very bad or they have no clucking clue how to correctly use it because it often flags accounts that purchased CCs on sale as being dubious.
I haven’t had any issues and even sent them screenshots of literal receipts of the purchases through PlayStation and all I logged in today and still sitting in negatives but there is no ban. The messed up part is no refund on all my coins especially 4 purchases of like 1200 and more coins.
Here shows that there was no failure and ignoring my ticket about the purchases. This is their automated reply and I have checked multiple times to make sure it was corrected. Still nothing and I am gonna lose the option to buy the bundle too.

I purchased some 1200 unfortunately do not recall what I had to start with
Trying to log this properly, would appreciate your assistance.
From previous bug reports regarding the chess like stuff:
• Grand King’s Game Pieces: white pieces were missing and only the black pieces were in the crafting menu
• Grand King’s Board bundle: white foundations and board pieces were missing
• Grand King’s Board bundle: explanation was that there was an incorrect image implying bundle would give both white and black and was subsequently removed from rotation.
Trying to wrap my head around this as I don’t look at the BLB and never purchased Crom coins for it.
Do you know how many bundles and their complement were?
Is this a new bundle or offering, black ones?
It wasn’t a bundle.
It was listed as a stand alone: the Black Foundation block from that “set”.
But what it actually gave this one after purchasing was the white chess pieces.
I have PlayStation send me the receipts Everytime when I purchase anything with a transaction number. Funcom still is ignoring my messages and closed replies to the multiple support tickets
