Bazard item no valable to account like dlc ?
Unfortunately, no. Bazaar items are only available when online, meaning if you’re playing in offline mode for any reason, your in-shop purchases are not granted to you because the store is unable to authenticate your access to those items without being online. DLC items also can be shared with non-owners, which is removed from Bazaar items as well, meaning you cannot make armor/weapons you purchased for friends as they are unable to use it.
