I’ve personally submited exact reports on how/where/who etc …all i want to know before buying a new DLC of this game have you fixed the old are we just trying to get more $$ and no support.

It is an ongoing fix that is currently being tested on Testlive. You can help us test it and gain progress by heading to the Testlive client and trying it out.
