Youre not wrong that hox is stronk, but i would still say it stands that hox is out compared to demo necro whos not loosing dmg cos of overflow in this scenario 
If hox is preloading btd, necro and demo can prespellweave and trigger 100% critbuff right away, ggwp done deal.

Not that i think that Conq should be on this list (people would sh*t on me if i did say he belongs there) but his whirlwind has a bit unnatural aoe range around him, so there might be a chance that all 30 could be hit.
Not sure whats with that range though. 360 and a bit longer range always seemed counter intuiti for the combos
Dont forget about PoM 
Repulse + Big heal + Lance and Adds often vanish before they stand up.
