Hi,
there has been added a cooldown for yellow lotus pot with a patch if im not wrong, and it was i guess to prevent raider from going a raid with strength build and after explding the enemy vault, they were using yellow lotus pot and switch to encumberance build to run away with the stuff… but now the new pot bestia memory? can be used without a cooldown…
