I have what might be a really nooby question, the Bile Attachments, can you only get it in Isle of Siptah? (without admin spawning in) or can you get it in the Exiled Lands.

MiGos are Siphat creatures, they drop them.
Lucky you, with 3.0, they were introduced to the Exiled Lands with the Portal to Yuggoth event at theeee… Scavenger’s berth.

Yep. It’s a pretty difficult event to take on solo or even with a strong thrall, but you can get both biles and recipe fragments there, so it’s worth the risk.
