As the email help at funcom dot com send back a Unrouteable address error I ask here:
I just saw on my Visa bill that I have been billed twice on May 3, 2018 for Anarchy Online 12 month recurring. Can I ask for a refund please?

I doubt they are looking at the ao forums. I sendt them a message about a bug in conan a cupple of weeks ago, and I got a reply, so atleast I know that e-mail account is monitored
