Billing issue from April 2020

I raised a ticket regarding a mistaken account upgrade back on the 4th of April 2020. I raised a ticket on the same day looking for a refund but as of today 25/05/2020 i still haven’t had a reply. I know the email ticketing service says that it can take a while but 51 days so far seems a tad excessive. Just wondering if anyone can help, Ticket number is #1136481.
