Billing Issue with new DLC

I purchased Debaucheries of Derketo, just last night. Paid 9.99 +tax so it came out to 10.59. “DoD” Is the ONLY DLC that I bought yet my card was charged 2 times for $10.59 each. Any way I can get a refund? Seeing as I only wanted to make a single payment for the single DLC.

Aside from that. The DLC states that it includes 10+ emotes and I got maybe 3?

Inquiries related to purchase and refund issues must be managed with the sales platform. If you bought the DLC on the PlayStation Store for example, you have to do with their customer service.
