Hummm wierd, how are you calculating the damage taken?
Did you upgrade the blade?
Are you sure that both players have the same max hp?
Just 1 hit - with medium it took 6 damage - with heavy - 4 (on ally)
Blade was not upgraded
I just did some testing, naked and with full heavy armor, i took the same amount of damage! Blade was upgraded.
