Blocking feats on custom server

Is there a way to block access of certaib feats without the use of mods? This would be for my custom server. I was unsure if there was something that could be done in the server settings .ini file.

It works and I’m using it right now on my private to block map rooms, explosive jars and lightning storm.

The trick is you need a space after each comma and you have to use the correct double quote, which is the one above the single apostrophe on a standard keyboard. Don’t use the double quote used in the link, it’s not the right one.

Which standard? There are quite a few regional standards, and which keys produce which symbols varies greatly.
