Blocking obs and causing in game lag. I am not able to send @community message

Problem: [Bad Conduct | Performance ]
Region: [3585]

I am trying to send a message to funcom with messages of the issues but apparently my rank is not high enough level just to report an issue on a server?

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Login into 3585
  2. Go to Gutter for performance issue
    - “Irresponsible abuses of the building system leading to loss of performance both on client and server-side.”
  3. Volcano Ob is being blocked as well
    - “Blocking of content in the game, such as dungeons, resources and other areas of the game.”
