(Blood and Sand) Star Metal Short Sword - Extreme random sparkling when in sunlight

The weapon model and texture for the Blood and Sand DLC’s Star Metal Short Sword (IDs 50498, 50499, 50500) have constant, random sparkling all across the weapon model when it’s illuminated by the exterior’s sunlight.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. Equip a Star Metal Short Sword of any tier
  2. Be in an exterior
