Blood Crystal chakram in siptah solo mode

Bug Description:

I got the blood crystal chakrams in a twitch drop, then I built them in solo game and been using them since, Yet after a few months offline I come back to play and I get an error message when I try to use them “you are not entitled to blood crystal chakram”. My account is linked to funcom and twitch and steam

Bug Reproduction:

in game when I click on the hotbar on the chakram I get that error message that I’m not entitled to it yet I made it and been using it for over a year now.

This error has happened from time to time. The solution for me was to re-link my twitch account. I’m not sure if other people had to find different solutions.
