false blood frame effects

after logging in i often have the blood effect frame although i have full life. i can use healing, the display is still there. i need damage to fix the bug temporarily, but it doesn’t always help.
this is since the last patch from 09.10.2018

is it possible to disable this display until the bug is fixed?

I also have this 20% of the times I log in, but for a long time. They never fixed it.
I have to take damage, then eat some food and then relog to make the blood go away.
