I like the additional gore that came with the Age of War…fatalities and the extra splashes of blood and the red mist. Certainly adds to the atmosphere of the combat.
However, there is one aspect of this gore that I don’t like. Skeletons bleed.
And so do other bloodless undead like wights and Gray Ones. (The Undead First Men don’t seem to bleed, which is interesting.)
It’s not a big deal certainly. But I just don’t think that undead like that, whose veins dried up ages ago, should spill so much of the red stuff.

No reactions to this? I guess it doesn’t bother other people as much as it does me. It’s rather immersion-breaking, actually.
