I have looked at the online guides and the start of the mission is not there. Did it change? It is the last mission I need for the area.

Used to be elsewhere (near seafront stall by Norma’s house) in TSW. SWL has it by the Lobster Trap on the way to Jack and Wendy’s…

I found it. There are 2 yard sale tents. It is by Jack and Wendys.
