yep…I had a beautiful storage outpost hidden from everyone and everything with a teleporter right in the middle of it. 6 curio cabinets and 3 chest on top of each…the lighting from the cabinets was enough to see what I was doing.

They really don’t seem to realize more storage means less placeables. Which could be a good thing.

While it will mean less placeables, but for performance it may not matter much if these storage are way more taxing than a chest, also I think the amount of stuff you have inside chests also affect performance :slight_smile:

And these have lighting to them so yea…they are going to tax the system more.

I mean in all reality, they are kaboshing “abuse” of design that I typically do and did with the curio. Designing spots that hold vast resources in a very small defined area.

They should really just make them harder to craft.

I thought the balance was good as is…lots of storage but 5k durability…It falls apart faster than pressed wood furniture…

Thats like 1 value to change, compared to the other issues you are talking about. 2 mins of work vs whatever else.

The one item I considered buying from the overpriced cash shop … Glad I did not spend money on it … with this game you never know when next nerf will hit and the item you just got becomes obsolete. What is even funnier … the bazaar item was left alone but the cash shop one nerfed :rofl: because reasons …

Don’t worry, it’s clear they’ll nerf the curio cabinet eventually:

So it’s really just a countdown before enough people scream about P2W because the curio cabinet can store more stuff in a smaller space.

What’s even funnier is that there was an alternative to reducing the slots to 40: make it have 125 health. Why 125? A large crate has 50 slots and 500 health. The bookshelf has 4 times more slots, so let it have 4 times less health. No sane PVP player will be using that to store their stuff, therefore no advantage in the only mode where saving storage space is a competitive advantage, therefore no P2W. Problem solved.

If this one might make a polite request.

For future additions to the Bazaar and Battle Pass, could we please see a note of how many slots storage items will have? This will help to inform purchases.

The worst thing about this is they could have solved this in an easy way that would have kept everyone happy and still maintained their cosmetic only rule. They just needed to add a large crate or cabinet about the same size as the curio cabinet with the same health and slots to the base game. A single entry added to the Vault knowledge entry. It could look bland, like the other crates, and that would be fine. Then the battlepass and bazaar items would be cosmetic upgrades to that crate. Simple, everyone is happy, nothing is lost, and no bad feelings.

Instead we get them nerfing something that we already bought, but not the item they are still selling, gotta set the bait.

Cosmetic could also be changing just the looks of existing items.

This one mildly disagrees.
A cabinet or closet could simply be a cosmetic version of a regular box or dresser and thus have the same slots and durability.

But regardless of what it should be, this one feels that the vendor should give an accurate presentation of what the goods do.
This would further help in identifying bugs.

I thought that this was a feature but not a bug. Well, if u say so - go on, but instead I propose u to make a free update with Arcane vault. With normal vault capacity and resources, but with size like bookcase. Imho this is the best way to solve this problem. Every player can have this, bec it’s free. And u will not break the rule of Bazaar about not selling power.

Did you expect bug fixing? Hell , there is so much bugs that this software could be easily called Starship Troopers.

I think they should just introduce another 2 height storage 200 slot cabinet, then its sorted no more p2w.

Clearly the playerbase wants a softer hp wise ,taller larger capacity storage, they met a need by accident they didn’t even know the player base had.

Guess I will be back to chest stacking again, shame cause the cabinets really made dump boxes easier and the sorting process flow better.
