Thanks for letting me know! Since you’re the server admin, I’d suggest following up with Steam support too and include the receipts and screenshots. Sometimes it takes a bit for purchased Crom Coins to appear, especially with mods. Hopefully, it gets resolved soon!
Unfortunately, I expected Funcom to resolve this. By the time I realized they wouldn’t help, Steam was longer willing to refund my purchase (over 48 hours). Not sure what to do now. Really disappointed in these people.
Funcom support replies usually in 48h, if your ticket is over a week old, its likely been closed. I would suggest submitting new ticket to support. Keep ticket as simple as possible for the best success. Crom Coins are 100% Funcom issue.
Issue has been resolve, and I’ve received the coins.
I am not sure why it was so difficult. My best guess is that the ticket system requires some redundancy from the user.
When you originate a ticket, it asks for a description of the issue, your Funcom ID and screenshots if you have them. I supplied all of this each time I created a ticket. Funcom auto-generates a confirmation email, which I now believe, requires the user to reply with a description of the issue, Funcom ID and screenshots. This was where I suspect it went wrong. I did not think I had to provide the same info twice.
Once I did, I then received an apparently auto-generated email informing me to expect 24-48 hour delays in deliver of the coins. I replied that it had been weeks, and I’d just like a refund.
Within 24 hours, I received confirmation that the coins were delivered. This time the email included a user name, so I assume it was an actual person.
I dunno why it took you that long, I got my crom coins back a month ago (though they still didn’t reinstate my Age of War 3 purchase and told me to just wait for it again)
