Type of issue: Followers and Mounts getting stuck and falling through the map.

I was riding over Boundary Spillway near the wolf cub spawn there a few days ago, I got off the horse and collected some cubs but my horse got stuck in a rock that respawned nearby, Before I could do anything about it the horse fell through the map and died.
Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.I got off my mount near the wolf cup spawn.
2.Ran over to pick up some cubs.
3.My Horse got stuck in a respawning rock.
4.It fell through the map and died.
