Bow power shots do not use stamina while mounted

Power shots with a bow do not use stamina from horseback. This seems a bit buggy, as it can be done indefinitely against bosses while allowing a thrall to tank. In any case, it is inconsistent with infantry mode.

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. While unmounted, Equip a bow.
  2. Power shot something.
  3. Observe stamina is used for power shot.
  4. Mount a horse.
  5. Power shot something.
  6. Observe no stamina is used.

No stamina is used for any weapon when mounted. I’m not sure this is a bug.
