Issue Type: Gameplay
Game Mode: Online Private
Server Type: PvE
Map: Exiled Lands
Server Name: Casuals Corner (now offline)
Enemy AI goes braindead and unresponsive if they are targeting you and lose target (going up a tree/climbing on a rock to get away and they lose interest, for example). The enemy will stand still until killed and wont react to being attacked once they lose aggro. Also, probably related, pets aren’t following and just teleport to your location. They will attack if you command attack but will not follow. I use Citadel for my server (newly set up) and they are looking into it on their end but haven’t found anything yet.
did a full server wipe, tried resetting several times, all i need to do to replicate is to pull aggro from an npc, and then climb an object until they lose interest and then they either just stand there until killed, or occasionally run around randomly until killed.
Kinda like horses running in place, head in a rock while being attacked.
Thank you for your report. Can you share with us if there are any mods on your server?
Also, would you be able to record a video to better display the issues?
We await your reply.
There are no mods on the server, and i currently cannot provide a video as the server host is running diagnostics trying to figure out the problem as well, and i dont have access to it at the moment. I will get a video when I can
here is a video of the bug in action, it also takes form in the ai of pets, ignoring all commands but those to attack. had to fudge the link a bit because you dont allow links despite having asked for a video…
Thank you very much for the video. We will forward it to our team.
Have a great day!
I have a strong feeling this has to do with whatever system theyre running at my old host not being able to perform. I moved server hosts and the server is working fine now on a system with 8gb ram for 10 slots.
Thank you for letting us know. We will add this information to the original report.
