File a formal complaint in game. Go to report a player, enter your email, then reply to the email you receive and include all the appropriate evidence. They do take some time, so I recommend following up with them every week or so with status of the clan or players in question. If there’s rules being broken, they’ll get to it eventually. If you don’t follow up, there’s a chance they won’t do anything. It could take up to a month though.
