Bring back trebs and bombs like before the december 2019 nerf to clean PVP servers

Hello all,

A simple solution to clean overbuilded servers, foundations spam, etc … is to bring back trebs and bombs like before the december 2019 nerf.

Then we have the tools to clean the servers :slight_smile:

The same for archery, that the last update break.
